Sam Stegall, Ph.D.
Founding Pastor

Pastor Sam Stegall, along with his wife Ashley, and their two children, Abigail and Ellison have been involved in ministry for well over 20 years. Pastor Stegall’s ministerial experience include youth work as well as time spent in Pineville, LA as an assistant pastor. The Stegall’s traveled as full-time evangelist for seven years where they preached over 100 revivals across the United States. Pastor Stegall has also regularly been involved with missions work in the Philippines. Before moving to Beaufort, SC Pastor Stegall taught Theology and Ministry courses at Wilson University in Elk Grove, CA. In early 2019 Pastor Stegall moved to Beaufort, SC with his family to start the Sanctuary of Beaufort.

Pastor Stegall has an earned Doctor of Philosophy in Education with an emphasis in Religious Education from Walden University, a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Hope International University, and a Bachelor of Science in Theology from Lee University.
